A lot of people are saying, “what does this mean for me?”
Many people are saying, "Why are we doing this?"
Most are saying. "What does this mean for me?"
Some are saying, "Are they going to ask me what I think?"
Stakeholders are those who are involved in change, can influence the outcome, or are affected by it/. To address their concerns,
you need to answer some questions:
· Who are the key stakeholders?
· What are their issues and
concerns?
· How should they be involved
and consulted?
· How will their needs be met?
Start with the familiar and
important trio of customers, stockholders and employees. But many other individuals and groups will also have a
stake in the outcome, and can influence the process and result.
Change processes are planned based on data about stakeholder issues and
needs. They incorporate strategies for involving appropriate individuals and
groups in planning and deployment.
