Baker Creek North is a seven-acre site located in the expanding boundary area of McMinnville, Oregon. It is conveniently situated adjacent to several new single-family and multi-family home developments. The project aims to establish a mixed-use hub that encompasses both a multi-family and commercial component. The design intends to provide additional housing options for the growing city and create a convenient, walkable, and bikeable connection to retail services for the neighboring residential communities.

The site is organized around a central, main street that acts as a small, commerical district, reminiscent of small-town centers. A public plaza with space for art, cafes and gatherings is designed at the entry of the site and street to create an identity and landmark for the community.
