CASCADE LANDING APARTMENTS

Bend, Oregon

Cascade Landing Phase 1 broke ground in 2025 and is well on its way to delivering highly needed affordable housing to the Bend, Oregon area. After completion, phase 1 will include 96,000 sq ft of 1-0, 2-, and 3-bedroom units spread across five 3-story apartment buildings. Phase 2 will add an additional 87,000 sq ft of affordable living over 5 more buildings. The apartments along with a resident community center surround a generous courtyard with gazebos, a universal design playground, bbq area, and rock-climbing play structure to create a welcoming environment for all ages. The resident community center consists of a communal kitchen, gathering area, music/art studio, and support offices. In addition to the on-site amenities additional features will be provided as part of the overall Ponderosa Master Plan Development. The project is also tracking to achieve an Earth Advantage Gold certification.
