Currently in design and located across the street from the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon, this project includes a partial renovation of an existing hotel and a new 4-story addition. Built in 1960, the original hotel consists of three separate buildings and an outdoor swimming pool. The new design demolishes the administrative building and pool and replaces it with a new structure, providing 46 additional guest rooms, breakfast room, full bar, meeting rooms, offices and an indoor pool. The remaining two buildings will undergo an exterior renovation and the guest rooms will be upgraded to the new suite standards.
