Mills Station is a 9.8-acre transit-oriented development created in collaboration with the City of Rancho Cordova, the Cordova Community Council, Regional Transit, Folsom Lake College and SACOG. The proposal from the development team included over 500 residential units with 185,000 SF of Public indoor and outdoor spaces with facilities promoting the Arts, Wellness and Recreation, and Community.
