THE FAY BY MORRO

The Fay by Morro is a 336-unit, mixed-use, multi-family high-rise in downtown San Jose, CA, completed in 2024. C2K Architecture closely collaborated with Morro and their partner interior architecture firm, AB Rogers Design, to develop a design that reflects Morro’s proprietary interior program and vision for creating lifestyle-centric properties.

The project is located on the south edge of the San Jose Central Business District with unobstructed views to the south, dynamic views to the east and west hills and the downtown skyline to the north. The building is actively visible from the highway approach and acts as a gateway to the city.

The 23-story tower features 5600 square feet of ground floor retail and a large prominent residential lobby. The top floor provides a full level of amenities for residents, including a clubhouse, gym + yoga rooms and two large terraces. The northern terrace includes several BBQs and views of downtown. The southern terrace includes a rooftop pool, built-in bar and plenty of seating opportunities.
