BELL PLACE APARTMENTS
Puyallup, Washington
This 5-story, 112,000 sq ft apartment building design for Urban Olympia will provide 100 apartment units in downtown Puyallup, WA. This project directly addresses the city’s housing needs and the demand for higher-density residential development.
As a partner project to Puyallup AOB, this building will host the leasing office for both buildings while residents will have access to the gym located in AOB, diagonally across the street. A large central courtyard is also included on the second floor. The design includes a combination of vertical elements breaking up the façade while horizontal material detailing establishes a compositional top, middle and base. The overall form reflects the building’s programmatic function.
