WALKER CENTER RENOVATION

The Walker Center is located at the base of the Cedar Hills in Beaverton, Oregon. The project consists of a complete facade modernization of the 88,986 sq ft retail center, and a 39,512 sq ft core + shell renovation of the anchor store. Stone, color, and metal panels breathe new life into the shopping center. Each retail tower is cladded with a unique metal panel, giving the tenants a distinct identity while providing shoppers with easy wayfinding features to guide them to the stores.
